In this context, we are proud to announce that we have started the process for the implementation of a Gender Equality Management System, in compliance with UNI/PdR 125:2022, and its subsequent Certification.
The implementation and certification activities will be financed, for a total granted contribution of 8,000.00 euro, with resources allocated to the project: “Towards the certification of gender equality”, within the framework of the ESF+ Programme 2021-2027.
The objective of the certification is twofold: on the one hand, to promote the adoption of gender equality policies and, on the other hand, to strengthen the role of women in business. In doing so, it expands employment, leadership and work-life balance opportunities for women.
What we are doing
- implementing inclusion and equality policies and sharing them internally with Brofind S.p.A. employees;
- planning employee surveys to assess the level of satisfaction regarding the working environment, working conditions, and equal opportunities;
- planning of training courses against gender bias and stereotypes, to help employees become aware of unconscious prejudices;
- planning of training courses on ‘zero tolerance’ with respect to all forms of violence against employees;
